Save Green Oaks Park Block Party

Come out and enjoy bounce house, inflatable axe throwing game and food trucks while supporting the reopening of Green Oaks park, Greens only public park. The park is located on Carnes rd across from Griffs mini mart. Look up the bus stop, Carnes @ Del Mar for the exact location. it is in the Parks parking lot.
The event will be on the north side of the strip mall parking lot containing Ray’s grocery store.
The county wants to sell the park but we have plans to transform it into a dog park and frisbee golf course with walking path going around the perimeter. This is our LAST CHANCE to persuade Douglas County’s commissioners not to sell this precious and beautiful historical piece of property.
Please help us improve the Green District for the good of our entire community! But whether or not your interested in reopening the park, you should Check out our party, play on some inflatable toys free of charge, eat some brick oven pizza and have fun!
