KQUA, The River – FM Radio
KQUA, The River is a pair of commercial-free FM non-profit public service radio stations that originates on 99.7 and rebroadcasts to 90.5 FM. The radio station went on the air first as a low-power radio station in 2017 as part of a community service provided by Umpqua Watersheds. As of 2025, Umpqua Watersheds launched a full-power FM on 90.5 and transferred ownership of 99.7 KQUA-LP to Strategic Initiatives.
