Free “Cook-Along” Class

In your own kitchen, learn how to translate complex scientific nutrition information into these simple, tasty, health-promoting meals! We’ll be cooking all of these recipes along with Cindy’s (PCRM Food for Life Instructor) virtual guidance: Orange You Bananas for Kale Smoothie, Lentil Cucumber Salad, Simple Spring Rolls, Thai, Peanut Dressing, Coconut Dressing.
The virtual class will be held through Zoom. Ingredients bags with groceries to feed about 4 people, will be prepared for the first 6 guests who request one. Please email us directly to request a bag; sliding scale fee of $10-20 to cover the ingredient cost. After registration, a detailed ingredient shopping list will be emailed to all!
