Feeding Umpqua teams up with local restaurants to fight hunger

Roseburg, Ore. – For the past several years, Feeding Umpqua has partnered with local restaurants to help support their mission to fight hunger and feed hope.
With the pandemic last year, their Empty Bowls dinner in October, was cancelled. So this February, instead of having their grilled cheese competition, Cheese and Thank You, they have decided to give back to their partners instead.
Throughout the month of February, Feeding Umpqua invites residents to share the ways they’re supporting restaurant partners for a chance to win weekly prizes and a grand prize package worth more than $200!
To enter, visit any restaurant partner before February 28th, snap a photo of your visit and post it on Facebook or Instagram. Make sure you tag the partner and Feeding Umpqua, and include the hashtag #cheeseandthanks21.
