ROSEBURG, Ore., — The Umpqua Community College Performing and Visual Arts Department will present The Vintage Singers “Spring Concert” directed by Donna Spicer and accompanied by Tammy Finch-Johnson, on April 23 at 3:00 p.m. at the Centerstage Theater on the UCC Campus.
